At the time of your Listing appointment, all sellers will be presented with 3 Addendums and 3 Disclosures to the Listing Contract to sign or initial
including disclosures required by the State of Wisconsin, the Board of Realtors and Badger MLS, outlining new State Laws and acknowledging
details of the Badger MLS Limited Service Listing Package you purchased. Sellers may use these forms ahead of time or after the Listing
appointment and for the "Easy Sign-Up" Listing. There are a total of 6 documents below that must be signed or initialed and returned. Thank you.

Property Condition
Report; 3. Payment.
You will have satisfied #3
when you signed up,
however, to complete #1,
you must open and print
all 6 of the Documents to
the right, review them,
then sign and date or
initial each document and
then return them to
Badger MLS, or your
Listing will NOT appear
on the MLS. Signing a
Listing contract alone is
not enough. Contact
Badger MLS for
assistance anytime.
