You can place ads anywhere you want, one of the advantages of Limited Service - You control your advertising budget 100%; We just help you get it done. When you
choose Limited Service to sell your home, you can expect to save tens of thousands of dollars in commission. We get you on the MLS, Realtor.com and all other top Real
Estate web sites, but you have to do your own marketing as well. A Full Service Broker is expected to spend at least $1,000 per Listing to advertise your home outside the
MLS and www, and so should you. Badger MLS has 3 Limited Service MLS Listing packages that all require the Seller to pay for all print advertising, so you, the Seller,
should budget at least $1,000 on printed adverting. We recommend these two major Real Estate publications: TREB (The Real Estate Book) and CCHM (City and Country
Homes Magazine). We also recommend buying consistent ads in your local printed publications such as your hometown's Weekly Newspaper, or your free Shopper or
Community publications. Badger MLS will help you, just ask us, but if you do it yourself, please make sure you have the Badger MLS Logo and web page address on your
ads identifying Badger MLS as your legal Listing Broker. The rest of the ad is up to you, just put the Badger MLS logo and web page address on your ad so your Buyers
can also locate your Listing by going to: www.BadgerMLS.com. Since Badger MLS allows our Sellers to sell FSBO, we allow you to put your phone number and other
contact information in the ads. Full Service Brokers will not allow that, but we do. Badger MLS is geared towards helping you sell FSBO, and ads are essential to that.
