$540 "Up-Front Fee".  This Listing service fee ($513 if Pre-Pay) may be refunded if a 1% - 4% (.04) of the sale price

- Unable to accept Offer to Purchase from Cooperating Broker;
- Unable to negotiate your offers from Buyers;
- Unable to understand the merits of Offer to Purchase;
- Unable to develop, communicate or present counter-offers;
- Unable to negotiate, in your own best interests, to a successful sale;
- Unable to find and assist Home Inspectors and other Professional Real Estate Related Services;
- Unable to schedule and coordinate your closing;

the best tools to get the most exposure, and for a few dollars more, a FSBO home can get on the MLS, and we highly
