| Simple Cancellation |
It is easy to cancel your Limited Service MLS Listing with Badger MLS. All you need to do is send written confirmation via email or
USPS or fax, that you want to cancel. You also need to send in your cancellation payment of $39 via personal bank check or via
Pay Pal for each "Active" MLS Listing that you want to cancel. If you want to protect your FSBO Buyers status, then also send us
a list of all Buyers and Brokers who saw your property during the Listing. You can do all of this right here online today. Just click
the Step 1 Pay Pal link button below to pay your $39 cancellation fee for each Listing you want to cancel. Once done, it will bring
you back to this page where you can then click the link on Step 2 to send an email to Badger MLS confirming your cancellation.
Your MLS Listing status will be changed from "Active" to "Expired" or "Withdrawn" within 24 hours after both steps 1 and 2 are
completed. Please tell us the MLS #(s) you want to cancel as we will only cancel those Listings you want and leave the others
"Active". If all MLS Listings are cancelled, then we also cancel your Listing Contract with Badger MLS as well. Thank you.

status for refinancing, deals to renew and relist, and to also allow you to cancel totally before your Listing contract's ending date.

Broker should review the information on our web pages especially your options to co-List, etc. Most Sellers co-List to continue your
"Showcase" Listing status on Realtor.com with Badger MLS, and of course to allow you to still be able to sell FSBO where you pay no
commissions. The $125 co-Listing fee is doubled if you co-List without Badger MLS's consent, so please review all your options carefully
at: www.BadgerMLS.com/options If you do Co-List, Badger MLS will allow your new Listing Broker to use 1 (one) of our photographs for
their MLS Listing; any more photographs we charge $25 each, but we will work out a good deal as always, just ask us.
If you do not co-List with us and decide to cancel, you no longer have Badger MLS for your Listing Broker and you as the Seller are not
allowed to give your new Broker anything that is ours, especially any Badger MLS copyrighted photographs. The photographs we took
of your property belong to us alone and will always belong only to Badger MLS. We will rent our photographs out to you and allow you to
use our photos for your new MLS Listing with your new Realtor/ Listing Broker for $25 each; Please contact us for more details. If your
new Listing Broker uses our photographs in any way without our prior written consent then you agree to pay Badger MLS $50 for each
photograph, even if used for less than one day. If our photographs are used in any way without our prior written permission, you agree

to help you sell, even if we are no longer your Listing Broker. Be aware that any misuse of our photographs is a violation of Federal
copyright Law and you and or your new Listing Broker may also be subject to criminal penalties if you take or even temporarily use our
property. Again, we do not want to do this, but we have to protect our interests especially since we do not collect the large commissions
and instead we only charge small fees such as the $25 per photograph. We recommend that you Co-List, as this is the very best thing
