Deluxe Package:
Our Deluxe Package gives you all the signs you need, up to 6 "Directional" signs
and one or two of our Badger MLS Red "House for Sale" Signs: - 22" high x 28"
wide. Our Red Badger MLS "House for Sale" Yard Sign comes attached to metal
wires to secure into the ground. You can write your phone number, address, or
both on this sign. Choose the Deluxe Package if you know you will need more
signs.
Since Badger MLS is a Limited Service Discount Flat Fee Real Estate Company,
we have a special dual purpose 22" x 28" "House For Sale/Directional" signs.
These can be used for a "House for Sale" sign in your yard as well as "Directional
Signs", but are more expensive. If you need larger "Directional" signs, order the
dual purpose signs. These signs are all yours to keep.
If you would like a larger wooden post real estate sign with name plate, etc., not
recommended, Badger MLS will have one up in 6 - 10 days, but this wooden post
sign will cost each seller $185 over the price of your Package and can not come
out of your $100 Standard or $200 Deluxe extra Badger MLS spending spree
cash. With the Deluxe Package, you can order the wooden post signs for $185
extra which includes your refundable security deposit $110 on the sign, so the final
Deluxe Package price to purchase the wooden post sign is $75.00, if you order the
Deluxe Package. $185 covers the entire sign costs - Preparation, Installation,
maintenance, removal. Note: $110 to be refunded to Seller after the sign is picked
up, so you get this bigger sign for $75 extra if the sign is not damaged. This price
is only with the Deluxe Package. Badger MLS is also the only Limited Service Flat
Fee Discount Real Estate Company in Wisconsin that will also offer you enough
generic "Directional" and "Open House" Signs to meet all your needs. We go out
of our way to make sure you have the signs you need and at the lowest possible
prices around. No deal is better, this is the best deal in total signage. With the
Deluxe Package, you get up to 3 directional "Open House" and 1 larger "Open
House" yard sign, all saying "Open House", all yours to keep. We also offer a
Deluxe generic "Open House" Yard Sign, 24" Wide x 18" High, white and red with a
sturdy metal frame and metal posts to attach into the ground. (See Ala Carte
section for prices.) The Standard and Basic Package both allow you to purchase
these Generic Open House Signs at the prices quoted in the Ala Carte section, but
with the Deluxe Package, all "Open House" signs are included.

With our Standard Badger MLS Listing Package our Sellers receive One 22" x 28"
Badger MLS Red "House For Sale" yard sign for your front lawn plus two
"Directional" signs. "Directional" Signs, 22" x 11", with wires are your to keep.
(See photos to the right) Your "House For Sale" Yard sign for your yard with your
phone number on it, and use the other 2 signs as "Directional" signs with your
address on each side.
Since Badger MLS is a Limited Service Discount Flat Fee Real Estate Company,
we specialize and recommend the dual purpose 22" x 28" red signs, not the
wooden post signs, which require extra expense to put up and take down. So we
give the savings back to you to provide you with the best deal and the lowest cost
to get on the MLS. Our Dual purpose signs can be used for a "House for Sale"
sign in your yard as well as "Directional Signs". Getting on the MLS is the best
thing you can do; signs help, and our Dual Purpose signs do more than help. If
you would like a larger wooden post sign with the metal real estate sign and name
plate, etc., Badger MLS loans you that sign, however, please allow 6 - 10 days for
installation, and please add $185.00 to the final Package price; Note: For the
Standard Package, $75 will be refunded to the Seller after the sign is picked up, so
you get this sign for $110 extra if the sign is not damaged, again, this price is only
with the Standard Package.

yard sign for your front lawn plus two "Directional" signs. You may also purchase
additional signs at the Special "Day of Listing" price. With the Basic Package, you
also get up to two "Directional" signs with arrows. "Open House" signs are also
available for purchase with this Basic Package at the Special "Day of Listing" price.

You can always purchase additional signs at the regular prices after the Listing
appointment, but the prices will reflect a higher total as well as the distance charge
for a 2nd visit. We will make arrangements for you to pick them up to save the
distance fee. The best deal is to be specific in what you need for signs, and put a
list together, as Badger MLS encourages mixing up our Ala Carte features with
your Package features, to give you exactly what you need to sell. All 28" x 22" and
all 22" x 11" Badger MLS signs with wires are the Seller's to keep .
We also offer a generic Basic "House for Sale" and a generic Basic "Open House"
Yard Sign, 24" Wide x 10" High, white and red with arrow and wires to attach into
the ground (See Ala Carte section on Pricing Packages page).

House for Sale and Generic "Directional" and Generic "Open House" Signs and all
Directional "For Sale" 24" x 10" signs, white and red with arrow and wires to attach

materials become the Property of the Seller after Listing Contract is signed and upfront Flat Fee
