We know that www.fsbo.com allows MLS listings at the same time you are on their web sites, and we highly recommend
fsbo.com if you need a fsbo site, because fsbo.com wants to help you sell your home, why wouldn't they? Ask yourself, "Why

URGENT - ALERT: fsbomadison.com is unjustly taking money from Wisconsin Sellers - We also know that sometimes
Madison's very popular (#1) fsbo company is preventing their own Seller's from getting that needed extra exposure by taking
down their Seller's green fsbo signs and removing their Seller's homes from their fsbo web page, only because this company,
fsbomadison.com, does NOT like the MLS. It appears to be a personal thing, as it's not a smart business move. The two owners
of fsbomadison.com have publicly stated what appears to be a mission to destroy the MLS as we know it. This is not going to
happen anytime soon, not this year anyway, while you need to sell your home. What fsbomadison is doing is very wrong, and
they know it. Some of our Sellers have been able to get fsbomadison to leave them on their site after they sign up with Badger
MLS, but sometimes they dont. They are very unpredictable.
Since most "FSBO Advertising Companies" and/or "FSBO Real Estate Companies" admit that they are mostly just for advertising,
then that would be like the Capitol Times newspaper cancelling your Ad because you also bought an Ad in the Wisconsin State
Journal. No difference, it would be the same thing. This is serious and something that Sellers should not allow to happen to
them. This is not only wrong, but it's bad business. Badger MLS has no control over what fsbomadison does, nor are we
responsible for their flippant actions, but we do sympathize and will do all we can to help you.
Why don't fsbo companies want you to do everything it takes to sell your home, even if it means getting your home on the very
essential and necessary MLS? This is a good question. Badger MLS wants and helps you to do all it takes to sell your home,
and we reward, not punish, you for doing so as well. Why does fsbomadison punish you for increasing your exposure to sell
your home? Ask them and let us know their answer.
Here's the Deal! - - - + $50, $150 or even $200 to you . . . . . if . . . . . you read on:
$50 to you the Seller if you, out of your own wits, are able to be on both Badger MLS and fsbomadison. We will pay you with a
$50 bonus in-house reward for you to spend in the Badger MLS ALA-Carte Features Store if you are able to either:
1. Add Badger MLS to your home's exposure plan after you are on fsbomadison; or
2. Add fsbomadison to your home's exposure plan after you are on Badger MLS.
$150 can stay in the pocket of you the Seller if you come to Badger MLS first, as you will most likely save the $150 you would
have spent on just one fsbo site, because all 3 of our Badger MLS Listing Packages get you on the MLS plus Realtor.com
(Showcase Status) and so many other Internet Web sites and WWW Search Engines, that you most likely wont need a fsbo web
page, so you will save the $150 right there. Also, if you sign up first with a fsbo company, then get on the MLS with Badger MLS
and if that fsbo company later cancels with you, just because you increased your home's selling exposure by getting on the MLS
and the rest of the World Wide Web, then you should stand up for yourself and demand your money back. If you do, you will also
get your $150 fsbo fee back in your pocket, since they, not you, cancelled. You should be refunded if they cancel you. "Why pay
$150 to get on just one fsbo site, when you can get all Badger MLS has to offer for only $284?"
$200 is the last magic number. Here is what we will do. If you are able to get a full $150 refund from fsbomadison for them
pulling your ad before it expires, then Badger MLS will reward you by giving you a $50 bonus spending reward for you to spend
in the Badger MLS ALA-Carte Features Store, that's a $200 value in your pocket. Even though this is not Badger MLS's issue, we
will reward you for correcting fsbomadison's mistake.
What to do?
If you need to be on a fsbo site, and if you also need to be on the MLS, Badger MLS allows you to do both: To be on the MLS and
to also sell yourself, FSBO. You, as a Wisconsin home Seller, should demand no less for yourself. No other Company should
prevent you from doing this. Badger MLS agrees to Exclusive Agency for our Sellers. Demand the same respect from any other
business this is involved in the sale of your home. This is a serious business selling your home, in one of the most competitive
Industries in America, The Real Estate Industry. Do what is best for you. We believe that what is best for the seller is what we
will always help you do. You are the boss when you are with Badger MLS. You call the shots.
It's ironic that some local Multiple Listing Services around the Country do NOT allow MLS Sellers to also sell fsbo;
(Exclusive Agency). In a few places around America, the local MLS will prevent Sellers from doing both MLS and FSBO at the
same time, but here in Madison Wisconsin our MLS, the South Central Wisconsin MLS (SCWMLS) does allow Sellers to
do both, to sell FSBO and to also sell via the MLS at the same time. It's not ironic so much as it is political that America's top
fsbo company does not allow both in a free spirited city that encourages it. If you have read the New York Times article or seen
the Public TV interviews, etc. with the 2 owners of fsbomadison.com, then you know that they are on a personal mission to
destroy the MLS as we know it. This is ridiculous and this pipe-dream is being financed at the expense of their clients, their
Sellers. This is unacceptable. fsbomadison is making their Sellers pay into a system that harms, not helps them. Buyer Beware!!
Therefore, if you are in the South Central Wisconsin MLS area, which is huge, then take advantage of this rule, and do both.
Pick a FSBO company that will allow you to also market on the MLS. Again, we recommend fsbo.com.
They say 90% of FSBO sellers end up on the MLS, but I personally don't believe that it is that high, however, I know it's up there.
These are the numbers they toss around, 90%. So it could be true that 90% of fsbo Sellers end up on the MLS. Anyway, even if
it's half, 45%, that is a lot. So, half, or 90%, or somewhere in between, all FSBO Sellers should be aware of those FSBO
companies that will cancel your contract if you List on the MLS. Buyer beware, or Seller beware!
So, chances are most sellers may end up, in the end, selling via the MLS. So, if that is where you are headed anyway, then be
sure you choose a FSBO company that will allow you to do both: Sell on the MLS and FSBO at the same time. If they don't allow
this, then don't waste your money, either find another FSBO company that will allow you to do both, or just get on the MLS +. We
