Badger MLS offers four MLS Listing Packages - Two of which do NOT include the
Milwaukee Metro MLS system in the price.  Our Easy Sign-Up and our Basic Listing
Packages do NOT include a Listing on the Milwaukee Metro MLS system, only on the
SCWMLS, but for a few dollars more you can also get on the Metro MLS if you
choose.  Our Standard MLS Listing Package does not include the Metro MLS either,
but you can get on it at no extra cost with your $100 In-Store credit, or get an even
better deal with our Deluxe Package!  Badger MLS uses the South Central Wisconsin MLS
(SCWMLS) as our home based MLS system.  The SCWMLS uses www.WisconsinHomes.com
as their public MLS/FSBO web site, whereas Metro MLS uses www.WiHomes.com as theirs.  
Starting in 2008, the WIREX program will finally link most local MLS systems together (SCWMLS, Metro MLS
and the NEWMLS are in WIREX, others will follow.).  Once the WIREX program is up and running, Badger
MLS will only need to use one local MLS system for most of Wisconsin, and we plan to only use the SCWMLS
at that time, saving our Sellers the most money, and getting them on wisconsinhomes.com.  Until then,
Badger MLS will place properties on any local MLS system that our Sellers want for the exact cost Badger
MLS will have to pay to join that local MLS system.  Both the SCWMLS and/or the Metro MLS system are used
enough where that extra charge is only $95, but some other local MLS systems charge as much as over
$1,000 extra to join for one year.  Badger MLS will not join a local MLS system that requires our company to
publish all our "Active" Listings on their MLS system.  You can take advantage of a better deal with our
Standard Listing Package costing only $333.  That's only $49 more if upgrading from our Basic to Standard
Listing, plus you get the $100 credit!  Our Standard Listing Package gives our Sellers $100 credit to spend in
our ALA-Carte store which sells this item to get on the Metro MLS for only $95.  If you do this, you will also
need to download and print and fill out the Metro MLS Profile Sheets.  Most of those links are below.  Please
fill these out and then submit them to Badger MLS with your up-front payment and your Property will also be
on the Metro MLS system within 24 hours after completion of the sign-up process.  Our Deluxe Package
gives our Sellers $200 In-Store credit which can also be used towards another MLS Listing.  If you already
paid for a Listing Package and want to upgrade, you can do that at anytime during your Listing.  Always
choose the best deal for you!
