| How do I re-List my property back on the MLS? |

| Re-List - Only $85 |
| It is easy to Re-List your property back on the MLS. This feature is for our Past Sellers who want to get back on the MLS. This is called: "Re-Listing" your property. Badger MLS only charges a one time fee of $85 per Listing to re-List. Re-Listing Sellers also agree to all new Listing contract terms if different from original Listing contract; See updated terms here. You can Re-List now and right here! Steps 1 and 2 below is all you need to do. Please indicate in Step 2 if you want to continue to use your old MLS number or if you want a totally new MLS number? If you do not indicate which one, Badger MLS will Re-List you with the same MLS #, as that is what most Sellers want. After your payment, as you may recall from your first Listing experience with us, we will contact you to work out all the other details to make sure your Listing is as perfect as it was the last time. You can also update your photos, up to 25! Please indicate the new length of time of your new Listing contract by writing the dates you want to be re-listed. Badger MLS does not charge extra for longer Listing periods, so choose the length that suits you best, otherwise we put it on for one year. Thank you. |

| First check and see if you are eligible to re-new your Listing with Badger MLS for only $45. If you pay before your Listing's expiration date, then you can re-new your property for only $45. If you wait until your property has automatically expired off the MLS, then you will have to re-List your property and Badger MLS will get you back on the MLS for only $85. You can get a new MLS #, or use the same one when you re-List. You can only get a new MLS # when you re-List. If you re-new your Listing, you still use the same MLS number. Also Badger MLS always offers great deals and discounts, so just ask. If you have more than one MLS Listing, you will certainly receive a large discount when re-newing or re-Listing them. |
| Planned Cancellation: For Sellers who have a "Planned Cancellation" and want to re-new or re-List later, but want to get off the MLS for now; In this case, Badger MLS will waive the $39 Cancellation fee as long as you PAY (Step 1) the re-new or re-List fee at least 48 hours before the MLS Listing expiration date, or 24 hours before you want to be off the MLS, and if you indicate in writing to Badger MLS the details (Step 2). We will do exactly as you request, dates, etc., just be clear in your message. You can do this all with this web page using Steps 1 & 2 above. Good luck. |
