documents we dropped off. Thanks again for your
help! The fsbo site we first advertised on was pretty
good to us. We did get some interest, but no offers.
Within the first week of signing with Badger MLS an
individual called to schedule a showing. Within the
first two weeks we had a signed offer in-hand. On
Wednesday, less than one month after signing the
Badger MLS listing contract, we finished the closing.
I just got an e-mail from a friend. He related what he
heard on the radio about the condo market is in
“bad shape.” –“ 300% more condos on the market
this year, but the same number of sales as last year
at this time.” He says we were lucky to sell. I think it
was a little luck, your advice and dedication, and
a huge boost from being on the “big three”
Realtor MLS sites.
We definitely plan on using BadgerMLS, if our
careers take us out of Madison and we need to sell
our home next year.
